About one month ago we delivered maintenance release 3 of TD/OMS version 6. Today we are delivering modification 1 to this maintenance release. Why, you might ask, bugs? Well yes, a few bugs were solved but normally we save these fixes for the next maintenance release. The reason for today's shipment is the fact that we have automated the delivery process of non-IBM-i code.

We are glad to announce that version M03 is out and available for download from our extranet. A lot of nice features have been added to the system and many small bugs have been solved. Please take a look at the release notes for the M03 GUI for more information. Several Kernel adjustments have been made as well. Please see the Kernel Release Notes in the download section for more information.

As of version V5R1M11 of TD/OMS the minimum operating system software level requirement is IBM i 5.2. TD/OMS version V5R1M12, V5R1M13 and V5R1M14 can be installed on a machine with this operating system software level but Remain can only guarantee support for this version when installed on a IBM i with operating system software version 5.3 or higher.

Remain Software has released the second maintenance release of TD/OMS V6. Although this is a maintenance release, Remain also makes new functionality available for the upcoming V7 release. One of the new functions is the new remote distribution management client that enables remote administrators to safely release changes into their production environments.
